Bryan-Keyth Wilson (Writer/ Director/ Asst. Choreographer/ Set Designer) Dubbed the Literary Prince of Urban Theatre & Inspirational Fiction, Bryan-Keyth Wilson is a trail blazer in theatre, screenwriting and directing. Wilson is sure to have the masses in stitches with his urban and edgy writing style. A native of La Marque, Texas, he has studied Musical Theatre & Dance at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas and Hunter College in New York. Under the tutelage of Penelope Hasekoester, Jonathon Charles, Dana Nicolay, Dr. Cindy Gratz and Dr. James Miller. In the fall of his first year as a Musical Theatre Major at Sam Houston State University, Wilson released his first play, No Ways Tired, during Experimental Theatre Night and received rave reviews. The success of No Ways Tired reinforced Wilson’s belief that God called him to be a writer. He has also studied dance at The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre (NYC) and The Martha Graham School of Dance (NYC).

Bryan-Keyth Wilson has choreographed a number of shows such as Mame, Once on This Island, Dreamgirls and Suessical the musical, off-Broadway and in Regional Theatres across the United States. His television credits include: Stuart Little 2 (Columbia Pictures) NYPD Blue (NBC) and A&E's 100 Centre St. with Alan Arkin. He has written, produced and directed two plays Off-Broadway, Pamlet and The Subway Series Pt1; both of which received rave reviews in Backstage Magazine. He is one of the writers and Associate Directors for a Public Service Announcement titled The Letter, for All-State Insurance. He has worked with some of the industries great dancers/choreographers such as Douglas Dunn, Fatima, Mia Michaels and Ben Vereen.

Bryan-Keyth Wilson is also a member of Alpha Psi Omega theatre fraternity, Chi Tau Epsilon dance honor society as well as Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. He is a classically trained actor, singer and dancer who has traveled abroad, perfecting his craft over the years. He is currently working on his first two feature films titled, Hood Boy and Coffee Date along with the gospel musical, Confessions of a Preacher’s Wife. Not only a Theatre and Television guru, Bryan-Keyth has developed and molded the carreer of R&B Vocalist Nichole Cordova who is currently a member of the Pop group Girlicious!

His scripture of purpose is Psalm 121:1 “I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.”

Curtis Sanders (Songwriter) Music has always been a main part of Curtis’s life. Coming from a lineage of singers in his family he was destined to excel musically. He grew up listening to all types of music, and from the eclectic influences he has become a consummate musician. Curtis moved to Nashville from Texas in the summer of 1996 working with many artists on tours and session BGV work, national television appearances. He has been seen on TBN and Daystar. He has worked with Martha Munizzi, Clint Brown, Vickie Yohe, and CeCe Winans just to name a few. Danyale Taylor (Choreographer) Danyale Taylor Danyale Taylor is a native of Houston, Texas who began her dance career at the age of three. She began studying ballet, tap, and gymnastics and later included modern, jazz, pointe, and cultural styles. At the age of fifteen, she began dancing professionally at Six Flags Astroworld, in Houston. During the six years she danced there, Ms. Taylor held the positions of dancer, dance captain, stage manager, and supervisor. Ms. Taylor then attended Sam Houston State University in Huntsville,

Texas where she majored in dance. While studying at Sam Houston, Ms. Taylor appeared in several theatre productions, was a featured performer with the SHSU Dance Spectrum Company and the Raven Dance Project. She was also a member of Alpha Psi Omega theatre fraternity, Chi Tau Epsilon dance honor society as well as Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

Ms. Taylor earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1997. She immediately began working on her graduate degree at Sam Houston. While working on her thesis, Danyale began teaching ballet, tap, jazz, pointe, modern, and aerobics classes to undergraduates. She also continued dancing with the Spectrum and Raven companies, became a co-director of Prime Time Seniors in Motion as well as choreographing her first musical. Danyale completed her Master of Fine Arts degree in dance in 2000, after choreographing ‘Long Road to Freedom’ her master’s thesis based on the Atlantic Slave Trade.

Ms. Taylor is currently the Dance Coordinator at Prairie View A&M University. She is also the Artistic and Executive director of Classic Dance Ensemble, dance company in residence at the university. Under her direction, Classic Dance Ensemble has had the honor of performing at the John F. Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. in 2002 and c004. CDE has also performed in Georgia, Virginia, Florida, New York, Missouri and all over Texas.

Danyale has studied many dance forms from great teachers and companies including Alvin Ailey, New York, Martha Graham, New York, Ririe Woodbury, Salt Lake City, Gus Solomons, Donald McKayle, Elizabeth Keen, Katherine Dunham, Merce Cunningham and many others. Ms. Taylor recently had the distinct privilege to perform at New York City’s Florence Gould Hall for ARIA, (Awareness of Rape and Incest Through Art)

Ms. Taylor is a member of Brentwood Baptist Church where she is the Dance Consultant to the Anointed for Christ Praise Dance Ministry. She has the pleasure of working with the adult, youth and children divisions. In 2007, Ms. Taylor had the privilege of being elected to the position of 1st Vice-President of the Black College Dance Exchange where she sits on the Board of Directors. Taylor hopes to continue sharing her training and her love for dance with students for many years to come.

Latreva Denean Herndon (Asst. Director) is a native to La Marque, Texas. Latreva attended Prairie View A&M University and graduated with a B.S. in African American Studies from Indiana State University. Upon completing her degree, Latreva reconnected with her passion for performing and made her stage debut in Praise the Lord, Raise the Roof (Encore Theatre) under the direction of Harold Haynes. She played Mother Shaw in the Ensemble Theater’s production of Crowns written by Regina Taylor. She was last seen as Irene the self righteous mother in Bryan-Keyth Wilson’s Urban-Poetic Gospel Play Hood Boy. “It’s my desire to be a vessel that God uses to empower women to be everything that He has called us to be. I know that God has given us all special gifts to share with the world.

Kendra Sowell (Stage Manager) A proud parent of 5 beautiful children and loving it! Kendra is the epitome of truth, realness and ministry. She is well sought after in her community for ministry events and working with theatre. She has stage managed Hood Boy the gospel play and she is excited to be a part of Confessions of a Preacher’s Wife, the musical. She has a knack for management and helping produce theatre. “I'm not perfect by far but I do know where my blessings come from. Okay I guess I have preached enough… LOL!!!” Kendra is married to Lloyd Sowell aka Da Philosopha one baddest poets in the land.
